Purchased a chicaco cubs womens Tank. Looked great in the pic, but the pic didn't show it on a person only the top itself. No free shipping even for such small lightweight top. $8 for shipping. After receiving the top tried it on and the underarm area was so big you would have to wear another undergarment to be able to wear it. Even a smaller size wouldn't help. After contacting them they wanted to charge another $8 to have it shipped back. So now $16 in shipping for a 35 dollar top. What a crock! Never again will I buy from this company Update after response from company... no there eat no option for free shipping or free returns. I'm sure this response was not to make them look bad. Yes it was purchased through their website. If that was the case they would have reached out to me directly to refund those fees and they haven't

It's a scam. There is no customer service. I have received a size 3XL T-shirt when my order is an XL. I have already complained and there is no way they will answer me or give me any solution.

Extremely disappointing experience. I placed my order weeks ago and spent days checking a tracking page that showed no meaningful updates. After a long period of silence, I was finally informed that the package had failed customs clearance and had been returned. What is most frustrating is not only the delay, but the complete lack of communication. Customers should not have to chase information about their own orders or wait weeks to learn that there is a problem. At this point, I am still waiting for a proper solution and a clear explanation. Until this issue is resolved and my order is delivered, I cannot recommend this store.

Everything is fine until there is a problem with your order. I ordered 11 jerseys, and 10 arrived in the wrong color. After I raised the issue, I was offered a 50% refund on just one jersey, which is completely unacceptable. Communication stopped after that, and I still have not received any refund. Update...I followed up as requested and again, no responses and no refund sent. Terrible service. I wouldn't recommend using this website.
