I ordered a love book backpack. It was not what I had wanted , based on the description. I contacted the company to return the product. I followed their requirements and got this response. Sincerely, LOVEVOOK The item was ordered and I received it via Amazon 2 days later, so it was not shipped internationally. Strong arm tactics and they did not follow their return policy. I would not order from this company again.
