Inadequate CRM
I have been with HoneyBook for 6 years. I own a catering and charcuterie business. Recently they decided to changes…or upgrades as they call them. I had entered all of my services in and they erase all and put bits and pieces of services that I offer…so basically I have to go in and recreate all of my services again. There was not one email to let us know of any updates. This is one of the many things that have happened but this one was the straw that broke the camel’s back. If you have a customer that claims fraud…they immediately take the money out of your account instead of asking questions(3 times this has happened) I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM.
