Chaos Total
I selected and paid for a flight from my departure point to my final destination, expecting one normal journey. Instead, everything became unnecessarily complicated because the booking was actually issued as separate tickets, something that was not clearly communicated before purchase. Due to a delay, I missed my connection, had to buy an extra ticket, pay additional baggage fees, and received no real assistance. Customer support only sent generic copy-paste replies, closed the case, and made me feel like my situation was never taken seriously. Very disappointing experience.
