Fabulous customer service when you need it most!
Many companies provide good products, less companies provide great products, even less also provide great customer service/support. You typically only find out how good a company’s customer service is, when you have an issue and need resolution. I did have a problem with one of the products on my order. I called, a human quickly answered. Asked me to email a video showing the issue. I did that. Within 10 minutes, I had a real human response apologizing for the inconvenience and offering a more than satisfactory resolution. Beyond my expectations!
