Driveway customer service are un knowledgeable on what they are doing. They told me to get my signature Notarize and that was wrong. So I pay for that and to send the title and the paperwork that only for them to tell me they closed it. They didn’t communicate or sent a label and I had to come out of pocket. I don’t want to sell or buy a car from there honestly. I would just go with Carmax if I was anyone or carvana.
