I have the Carlinkit TBox plus that I purchased in 2023. I've used it in 2 vehicles over the years and recently had an issue with its firmware. After trouble shooting it I needed to re-flash the entire memory. I reached out to customer support with no active warranty. Coco from support services immediately assisted in finding a solution, sent me the correct files and a tutorial on how to do the work. It is now back up and running better than ever.
