Worth it, but be prepared for delays
I placed an order in early April, with an expected delivery window of late April to early May. However, the package only arrived at the end of May. The main issue was the tracking information: the initial tracking number provided was invalid, which was quite stressful and gave the impression that the parcel might have been lost. That said, the customer service was very responsive and polite throughout. They answered my questions, eventually provided a valid tracking number, and even offered a compensation voucher for the delay. When the order finally arrived, I was pleasantly surprised. The dresses match the photos and descriptions well. The linen quality is good, the garments are well made, and the sizing is accurate. I also did not have any customs fees. Overall, the experience was mixed due to the long delay and initial tracking issue, but very positive regarding product quality and customer service. I am ultimately happy with my purchase, though patience is definitely needed.
