Scam
Stay away! Total scam! Despite the huge blue banner on their website that states "no tax", first they try to coerce me into tax evasion by asking me to lie to the tax authorities about the value of the item (they underdeclared the value to avoid taxes). Then they say that they will reimburse me for whatever taxes I pay to FedEx on delivery. When I end up paying taxes for the real value to FedEx, they say they will only reimburse the VAT, not the import tax or the FedEx service tax. Then they change their mind and say that they will only pay half the VAT and that's it. When I ask for proof of payment, they just say that they "will send the payment". I have not received a single dime after almost 2 months since purchasing the grinder. All in all, what started as a 480 EUR grinder, ended up as 620EUR (that's 30% more!!!). For that price you can probably buy a similar (if not better) grinder locally, and also get a proper warranty and support. Update: the day after posting this review I received reimbursement for ~50EUR, leaving me “only” ~90EUR in the hole. I contacted the seller as requested below and they just acknowledged that they will not do anything more about this.
