The platform is super unstable
The platform is super unstable. Every time I have an important event, I have people complaining that they are unable to book- they go through them whole booking process only to find that they are faced with an error message. I've tried a bunch of different ways to make sure it doesn't happen and customers have assured me that their payment details are correct. I have also asked for assistance from Acuity and each time they say they can't see a problem. There is clearly a problem.
