The support team is very responsive
The support team is very responsive and handles issues quickly. I had multiple problems with my new machine and this team did a great job answering my questions and resolving the problems. The issues I found on a new machine shouldn't have happened and I believe your manufacturing team needs to have better quality control. But the Support team did a great job!
