Horrible refund policy and deception from the start
Ordered clothing for a theme party and verified online with website AI that I should get in time for party. I pay for clothing and then see I will not receive as I was told. Instead of the 5-9 days from order date, it is 5-9 days from order processing date. The hardest thing to choke down is their refund policy. I have submitted my ticket for a refund and I am supposed to pay to ship back to Asia to receive a refund. I won’t ordering from here again. This company is anything but light in the box.
