Serenity is a great employee! She helped explain how we can optimize our job posting - from better screening questions, biweekly updates, liking and un-liking candidates who apply, and utilizing the invitation to apply section to better filter candidates. Bust most important however, we admire her kindness, authenticity, friendliness, patience, and willingness to assist us. She definitely sets the example in customer service!
