Item promise to deliver, fail in delivery. Customer service not able to be contacted. Delivery guy contact on lazada page is the wrong one. I was given another number not stated on the page. Track item, info cannot be found. If can give - 0 star, I will give
If can give 0 star, I will give I ask for delivery through Lazada and I put remarks which Lazada platform allow us to click if we allowed parcel to leave outside door. I choose not to leave outside door and choose delivery address is office and is at void deck. Before I click the order, I see is on weekday delivery, the delivery came earlier on weekend Ninjavan not only fail to follow order and do not care if parcel will be lost. They only care if is deliver on time or earlier and do not care if parcel will go missing. Lucky my family is nearby and I ask my family to make a detour to help me check if my parcel still outside. Feedback to Ninjavan, they do not care and just said will feedback to the team and ask me liaise with seller for this issue. They caused the trouble, problem arises, wash their hands off and just tell you will feedback to team and end the whole case
