My support assistant, Latoy, was able to correct major problems with my hot spot service. I am so grateful and she needs to be treated exceptionally. Thank you, Dale Miller. The one complaint I have is that the PureTalk system is not very accurate when I try to purchase one time blocks of 2GB data for my hotspot. It always seems to credit that purchase towards my general phone data. I wish they would correct that. Thank you.
