Paid reserve seats? Pay no more!
May 30, 2026, 12:40 PM US320 bus from Atlantic City to NYC was delayed for 40 mins. A different bus US300 arrived with most of the seats full. Our 2 seats (8A & 8B) were already taken by other passengers and the driver just told us to look for different seats. We paid extra for those reserved seats!!! Aside from the delay, the driver should have given priority to those who have reserved seats! This is an unacceptable service.
