Hello, I need help reconciling two Shopify/Lulu orders: #1002 and #1003. I was having trouble getting the automatic Lulu Direct order flow to work correctly, so I believe I manually paid for these orders through Lulu, using the Shopify account. Order #1002 — Valerie Pickett This was a two-book order going to Valerie Pickett in South Carolina. The order has now shipped, and Valerie has received her books, so thank you for that. However, in Lulu Direct, this order still appears to show as UNPAID while under my manual orders it show as nothing wrong. My understanding is that the issue may have been caused by a shipping difference between the original Economy/Econo shipping and the Standard shipping amount. It came back and said to update shipping info. I saw nothing wrong with it but updated anyway. Then it asks me to pay the total again. I am happy to pay the shipping difference if that is what is still owed, but I do not want to accidentally pay for the full order again. Order #1003 — Diann Carnes This was a one-book order going to Texas. Lulu Direct appears to show this order as SHIPPED. I also received a shipping notification for this order. However, I noticed that the amount for this order appears to have been returned to my Shopify account/balance. This order was also eco shipping. Please review the payment, refund, shipping, and fulfillment records for #1002 and #1003 only and let me know: Is order #1002 fully paid, partially paid, or unpaid? If order #1002 is unpaid, is it only a shipping difference? If so, what exact amount do I owe? Is order #1003 fully paid, refunded, or still needing payment? If I owe money for order #1003, what exact amount do I need to pay? What is the safest way for me to pay any remaining balance without creating a duplicate order or duplicate payment? I have removed the Economy/Econo shipping option on my Shopify side for now so this does not continue happening. I am not disputing money owed. I just need the orders reconciled clearly so I know exactly what has been paid, what was refunded, and what amount, if any, I still owe.
