Minor issues, amazing customer service
EDIT: OMW Boards customer service immediately reached out to me to remedy the issues I had. That sort of quality customer service is rare these days and extremely valuable. This is a brand you can trust. The board was delayed by circumstances outside of the seller's control, but the customer service team was easy to contact and gave me prompt updates on its status. Unfortunately, one screw hole was misaligned so the board's kicktail can only be secured by 2 screws instead of 3, and the kicktail's paint job seems to be flaking after only a few days of riding it. That being said, none of risks impacts the functionality of the board. Negatives out of the way, the board is a smooth ride that I have been thoroughly enjoying, I consider this a very solid purchase.
