Need Snow Wheels

I have been using my Calvary e-board all spring, and all summer. I am now well into the fall season here in Canada, Ontario. This machine has not caused me a single moment of grief. I am excited to ride on it and feel confident that it will continue to stop, and go when I need it to do so. No flat tires, no worries. I am not afraid of my board being stolen for I easily take it indoors with me. I love the deck and I really dig the raw power in this board. So all around I have nothing bad to say that is not of my own foolishness in pushing this all to its limits. Maybe, some snow wheels for the winter season, how about it? Great board OMW. Bravo.

I am taken back with this company…

I am taken back with this company honestly, I opened my order of spare parts and bushings for my Cavalry and found a hand written note! Saying thanks for my order with some nice loopy letters! I just love you guys and your products- the board has been a blast! Wish you the best R.P.

They Stand Behind Their Product

OMW has always had strong responsive communication with myself and others that I have heard from. The products are top notch but they still strive to keep it within the users budget. I believe they have 4 boards at different levels of skill and need. Each one is named after a weapon or battle themed. Hussar, Cavalry, Lancer and Gladius. Their new remote is a definite upgrade. I did provide feedback that it shouldn’t lockout after 15 seconds or at least let the rider adjust the timing or turn it off. They listened and hopefully the next version will have that option. I probably won’t need it since I already have 2 of their Esk8 boards but I am curious about what they’re working on next.

Having riders like you who have owned multiple OMW boards and continue to share thoughtful feedback means a lot to us. We’re especially glad you brought up the lockout behavior on the Iris Color Remote. We listened to your feedback, and the new software update is expected to be released within the next two weeks. With the new software: The auto-lock feature will no longer be enabled by default. Riders will be able to manually choose whether to enable it. The indicator lights can also be manually turned on or off, giving riders more control and helping extend the remote’s battery life. This is exactly the kind of feedback that helps us improve our products with real riders in mind. We really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience and suggestions with us. Fantastic Customer Service!

I am long overdue to leave a review at OMW. I am from Ontario, Canada and the only grief that I have suffered is that you are not close to my city. My e-board (Calvary) and all of the extra's that I purchased from OMW have arrived in great condition and as promised. I am very pleased. The support team also has been fantastic in answering any of my questions and without hesitation to make things work as they should. I now have over 2000kms on my OMW board and I have only had it for one full season (6 months use) as to date. I have added a JBL stereo speaker, front lights, and upgraded to the Mad Max 125 wheels for this fall upcoming season. I love the Mad Max 105mm V2 wheels the best. However, The 125mm MM's have a much better free roll and I love to roll. Best, No flat tires! Thank you OMW. You people Rock/RoLLLL :)

We remember that your Cavalry and MAD 125 wheels were shipped directly from our factory, which meant a long wait of nearly two months by sea to Canada. We know that wasn’t easy, especially when you’re excited to get out and ride. The good news is that we now have Cavalry boards in stock at our Canadian warehouse, so Canadian riders can receive their boards much faster, typically within about a week. We’re really happy that future Canadian customers won’t have to wait for 2 months anymore! I decided to buy an OMW electric skateboard after watching a number of online reviews. There are plenty of brands selling electric skateboards, but what really caught my attention was the comment I came across most often: how easy and responsive they are when it comes to communicating with their customers. Thanks to other reviewers, I was also able to find all the information I needed about using an e-skate in Europe, and especially in France, where there are several regulations that need to be followed. As for the shipping, the courier they chose was professional, reliable, and punctual. Most importantly, I was able to reschedule the delivery for Saturday since I’m always at the office from Monday to Friday. Here in France, that’s a huge advantage considering the delivery issues we often experience. Finally, as for the board itself… The board is incredible! It’s sturdy yet flexible in all the right ways, and from the very first ride it gave me an amazing feeling—as if I’d been riding it forever. The motor is pure fire ❤️‍🔥, and the MAD wheels were the perfect choice—the icing on the cake of an already fantastic setup! So, first impressions? I’m absolutely thrilled with my purchase!

Gladius headlights both non functional

Board that was recieved had both headlights break simultaneously 5 days after recieving the board. All other lights are working.

Minor issues, amazing customer service

EDIT: OMW Boards customer service immediately reached out to me to remedy the issues I had. That sort of quality customer service is rare these days and extremely valuable. This is a brand you can trust. The board was delayed by circumstances outside of the seller's control, but the customer service team was easy to contact and gave me prompt updates on its status. Unfortunately, one screw hole was misaligned so the board's kicktail can only be secured by 2 screws instead of 3, and the kicktail's paint job seems to be flaking after only a few days of riding it. That being said, none of risks impacts the functionality of the board. Negatives out of the way, the board is a smooth ride that I have been thoroughly enjoying, I consider this a very solid purchase.
