Terrible experience 0/10- Would not recommend
The flowers were intended as a Mother's Day surprise, but unfortunately the entire experience was disappointing. My mother received the flowers the day after Mother's Day. Initially, I was told the order had been delivered on the scheduled date, only to later find out that it had not been delivered at all. A day after the scheduled delivery date, we had to provide the delivery driver with a photo of my mother's utility bill just so he could find her address, and even then, he was still unable to locate the correct home. This has never been an issue with any previous delivery. As a result, I had to ruin the surprise and ask my mother to help guide the driver to her home. The communication was inconsistent, the delivery process was extremely disorganized, and the overall experience fell far below expectations. I will not be ordering from this business again. Additionally, a response to this review or an apology doesn't change the experience. It was 0/10.
