I backed the OMTech Aurora DTF printer on Kickstarter, which was advertised with a “Guaranteed shipping in March 2026” promise. Months after the promised shipping date, I still have not received the product, and it is June 1! There is still no verifiable tracking information, no proof of shipment, and no refund. I have contacted OMTech multiple times requesting either shipping confirmation or a refund. Instead, I was told that refunds must be handled through Kickstarter. Kickstarter Support has confirmed that creators are responsible for fulfilling rewards and handling refunds. After I pointed this out, OMTech stopped responding to my messages. At this point: the product has not been delivered no tracking information exists no refund has been issued communication has been completely cut off From my experience, OMTech has repeatedly made delivery promises that were not fulfilled and is now refusing to resolve the situation or return the funds. I strongly advise potential backers to carefully research this company, read the Kickstarter comments, and fully understand the risk before purchasing anything from them.
