am extremely disappointed with my experience dealing with Bellami. After spending approximately $1,500 on hair extensions through a stylist who actively represented herself as Bellami-certified and displayed Bellami credentials, I experienced significant issues including scalp pain, irritation, hair loss concerns, and the need for medical evaluation. When I reached out to Bellami hoping for assistance, accountability, or even an investigation, I was met with a brief response stating that the hair was not purchased from Bellami and that they could not assist further. What concerns me most is that Bellami appears unwilling to investigate how a Bellami-certified stylist can use Bellami certification and branding to build consumer trust while allegedly selling products that Bellami itself cannot verify as authentic Bellami products. As a consumer, Bellami certification carries weight. It influences purchasing decisions. When a problem arises involving a certified stylist, I would expect Bellami to take consumer complaints seriously and at least investigate whether their certification and reputation are being used appropriately. Instead, I felt dismissed. There was no indication of concern regarding the injuries reported, no apparent interest in reviewing the conduct of the certified stylist, and no meaningful effort to protect future consumers from similar experiences. Consumers deserve transparency, accountability, and confidence that certifications issued by a major extension brand actually mean something. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.
