Very poorly trained sales staff
Purchased a hydrotherapy premium walk-in tub with 13 jets. Received a soaker tub instead. Working with Menards and Safety tub to get the tub exchanged. Tub was installed and it's leaking as it's draining from the bottom of the door. I'm very upset as I can't use the tub at all.
