Bad and slow service
So slow service. Took a queue no. @1149hrs the queue no. was 2010 and until now @1328hrs the queue no. is 2018 and current my queue no. is 2026. I dun know how long should I wait to be served. In order to take queue no. also a hassle need to speak to customer service officer then a no. be issued then if a customer asking a query it will take long time just to get a queue no. They only have 3 counters besides the room to serve privileges customer.
