over €13,000 wasted... They misrepresented what they were selling
I spent over €13,000 on three Champions League Final tickets through Gigsberg. I selected tickets shown in Section 106 on Gigsberg's own stadium map. The tickets delivered were in Section 327 on the opposite side of the stadium. When I complained, Gigsberg acknowledged that the tickets were in a different section but maintained that both locations fell within the same category and therefore considered the order fulfilled. In my view, if a customer selects seats from a specific section displayed on a seating map, it is reasonable to expect tickets in that section or nearby—not on the opposite side of the stadium. I will let other customers draw their own conclusions, but if you do take a chance on buying from them, I would strongly recommend taking screenshots of every stage of the purchase process and obtaining written confirmation of the exact seating location before committing to a purchase.
