Item not as pictured.
While the site was easy to use and shipping was fast, I didn’t get the product pictured as ordered. The item pictured that I ordered had a smaller end piece like the one I removed from my house. I bought one locally to replace it as I removed the old one but it had a larger end piece that wouldn’t fit thru the wall like the old one. The ones you shipped to me also have the larger end piece where a wrench can hold it, not what I ordered. *Update - While the product was not as pictured and did cause more work to install, the company reached out and refunded my payment and I didn’t even have to ask. Honor is not a completely lost commodity. I am upgrading from a 1 star to a 4 and I would not shy away from this company in the future.
