Do NOT order from Moglix if you value your time, money, and peace of mind. Their logistics partner XpressBees provides one of the worst delivery experiences I have ever faced. The process only works till “Order Accepted” and “Dispatched.” After that, your shipment simply disappears, and you are forced to continuously follow up for delivery updates and refunds. No proper response, no accountability, and no resolution. XpressBees never delivers on time, updates are misleading, tickets are ignored or closed without resolution, and customers are left helpless. Shockingly, neither Moglix nor XpressBees seems to have an actual customer care department — only useless IVR systems and automated responses. This was my first order and definitely the last. Extremely unprofessional service, pathetic support, and complete disregard for customers. Strongly NOT recommended.
