Hotline customer service assist to schedule delivery but failed to do so till we escalated the case and finally get the ceiling fan delivered by lalamove and installations done at 8pm Today, they delivered a “new” soundbar and subwoofer with detect and its more like the packaging has been repacked multiple times and the sub woofer wire doesn’t seems like new Delivery guy is fine, but the product and service resolutions is awful
