AVOID AVOID AVOID!
AVOID AVOID AVOID! My experience with Gigsberg was extremely disappointing and I would strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing tickets through this platform. I purchased Champions League Final tickets specifically advertised as being in Block 308 – the Arsenal section of the stadium. After paying thousands of pounds, the tickets that arrived were actually for Block 327 – on the PSG side of the stadium. When I raised this issue with Gigsberg, I was told that the tickets fell within the “same category.” When I challenged this explanation, the response I received was simply: “Just don’t wear an Arsenal shirt.” That response alone demonstrates a complete disregard for what customers are actually paying for. Supporters purchase tickets in specific sections for a reason, particularly for high-profile matches where segregation between fans is important for both atmosphere and safety. I requested a chargeback due to the tickets not matching what was advertised, but was unsuccessful. In my view, the way this transaction was handled was misleading and left me significantly out of pocket. If you’re considering buying tickets through Gigsberg, be aware that the seat location you pay for may not be the seat location you receive, and resolving the issue afterwards may prove extremely difficult. One of the worst ticket-buying experiences I’ve ever had.
