I used this app for months. 95% of the hits were not only out of state, across country, but also even out of the country. Contacted their AI customer service three times, same advice every time. "Make sure your settings are correct." My settings have been correct the entire time, zip code correct, and not willing to relocate. Use this app only if you're ready to delete hundreds of useless alerts.
