Awful Delivery
The delivery service was a disaster. We ordered a sectional, and they damaged one of the sections when they were unpacking it. That meant they had to come back the next day. They didn't put the sectional sections in the right order. I realized after they left that two additional sections were damaged in the back and needed to be replaced. When I called customer service, the lady said everything was in stock, so they replace the two damaged sections when they delivered the missing section. Well, that didn't work. The delivery guy the next day had no idea about the damaged sections and only brought the missing section. So yea, it took three tries, but we got the sectional. Absolutely love it.
