I wanted to leave a positive review for my whole support team's performance! Four real humans with dazzling personalities: Anna my Dedicated Ambassador takes great leadership for priorities and pace, Renate understood all of my practical and emotional concerns, resolving every possible problem I had. Markuss and Gabrielle on the email team have perfect timing on gently guiding me where I need to be when I want to be there!
