Incredible customer service that goes above and beyond!
I reached out to PITAKA customer support because the custom end-link on my Galaxy Watch 6 Classic aramid fiber band broke. Even though my band was well past its one-year warranty period, a support agent named Alvin went completely out of his way to help me. Instead of just telling me I was out of luck, Alvin made an exception and arranged for two replacement first-links (with the pins!) to be shipped out to me for just the cost of shipping. I've always loved the premium feel and lightweight design of PITAKA's aramid fiber products, but this level of customer care has made me a lifelong customer. Huge thanks to Alvin and the team for backing up their amazing products with equally amazing service!
