If your company depends on consistent cash flow from a factoring partner, proceed with extreme caution. We experienced repeated payment delays, poor communication, and a lack of responsiveness when issues arose. In many cases, we had to continuously follow up just to receive answers or have matters addressed. If you are on a tiered funding program, make sure you fully understand how it operates and what is required, because our experience was that funding was not always handled in a timely or predictable manner. A factoring company should be a partner that helps your business grow and maintain stable cash flow. Unfortunately, our experience was the opposite. The time spent chasing answers, following up on payments, and dealing with unresolved issues created unnecessary stress and operational challenges for our company. Do your research, ask detailed questions, and compare all available options before signing an agreement. Based on our experience, we would not recommend this company.
