I had a problem with a mouse I bought and they surely fixed it
I had a problem with a mouse bought from them, I applied for a warranty claim and they sent me a replacement for completely free! The costumer service has been absolutely amazing and very helpful. It took approximately a week for the replacement to arrive, but since it comes from China, it's understandable. Will buy again from them.
