I have had issues with therapy because every therapist I had quit or took a different job. I knew that I needed to get back into therapy, but I wanted to do it from home so my husband wouldn't have to miss work every week. I came across BetterHelp and since starting with my therapist on BetterHelp, I have become a happier less anxious person. My therapist listens to me and if I am having a rough day, I can send him a message and he usually responds that day. Sometimes he will squeeze me in if I need a session before my scheduled session.
