Wrong and missing components
First of all I did not receive an email confirming my order which is very weird. I ordered a "frame battery" and received a rack with integrated battery and I did not receive the display ordered. I have contacted the customer service a few days ago but for now they have not responded. I am not happy at all because I would like to advance building the bike and am stuck. Edit 12. June: They have gotten back to me, but the service is very slow and it takes sometimes several days and several emails for them to respond. However they have still failed to explain me why I have not received any order confirmation, and the display was sent in a seperate parcel and it is lost since they did not send any email telling me where it was or that it had arrived at a pickup point.
