The online process is a great option. Unfortunately I had a difficult time understanding why my documents were not sufficient to start the process. Eventually, I did create my business meeting minutes and sent them over which apparently is what was needed at least in my case to move the account forward. My husband has this type of account as well with Novo and absolutely loves it so I’m certain my experience will be same.
