Do not buy- waste of money. I purchased a PilotAir Elite bag and wheel broke after 5 uses. I was not concerned as I knew TravelPro had a 10 year warranty. Boy was I wrong! While they acknowledged the damage they told me that the wheel replacement was not “in stock”, which they control, and they could not fix. I offered to return the bag in trade for a replacement per the warranty. They told me the warranty is “limited” and offered me a 15% discount on a new bag. Their warranty is a scam. They do not stand behind their product. While all the customer service people were nice and professional they refused to replace the defective bag. The warranty is useless and a bag should hold up much longer than mine did. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON TRAVELPRO PRODUCTS!! Has been several weeks since Travelpro offered to be in touch to resolve. NO contact has been made. They just want the goodwill of posting that. Ridiculous.
