Will not refund my money
I purchased two kits in 2025 which I never used. I paid for both with the same debit card. I requested a refund and was sent two return labels which SNOW received both items. They refunded one back to my card but not the other. I inquired about it and they keep stating it was refunded to the card I made the purchased but it was not. Every time I inquire about the refund, they state it was put back on a card that is not mine. I said all they have to do is look at the card number I used and match it against what they refunded to and they will see it does not match. But all I get is the same email stating the same thing. I only have one card on file, so it shouldn't be that hard. It's been almost 9 months with no resolution. I asked to speak with a live person, but received no response.
