Honestly, I’d rather rip up $1,000,000 then leave this review.
I bought an Elegoo Neptune 4 pro and the first time I printed the boat that came in the USB, it worked but unfortunately, that same filament didn’t work after I tried PETG. I went to the same company that I bought the printer from, and they said “Use Google’s AI.” But I already did that. “Try YouTube.” Already did that. I used the included glue, and nothing changed except the nozzle sticking into the glued surface. Even when I redid the level test, on level 11, it detected a fault but there was nothing wrong with the printer.
