I HATE HONEYBOOK.
I HATE HONEYBOOK. I've been with them for 5 years. Their pipeline is great, and they used to be okay, but all the new "smart files" are confusing and messy. Contracts take forever to load, and often you're unable to send contracts or invoices to clients because of glitches. So I'm loosing clients. Their app is the worst, with limited functionality. The scheduler doesn't allow clients to sign contracts and make payments at the same time, which creates extra steps and confusion. The prices have doubled, and so VERY HIGH right now which makes no sense to me. My clients hate the system. I've received so many complaints recently. I used to recommend them to other businesses. Not anymore! The worst user experience so far. And when I read some of the recent 5-star reviews here, they honestly feel fake. I'm switching to something else.
