Excellent Support & Easy-to-Use System
I recently had a great experience with Fattmerchant (Stax), and I wanted to share how helpful the customer service was. I spoke with Caleb M., who took the time to walk me through the portal and explain everything clearly. They made sure I understood how to use payment links and access receipts, and even followed up with helpful articles and resources so I could reference everything later. The onboarding support felt very personal and patient, which I really appreciated. The platform itself seems user-friendly, but what really stood out was the level of service I received.
