Months long shipping.
I ordered something in April for mother's Day. Mother's day approached and i messaged them they said it was delayed. I Message them again later asking for how long it would be to see if I should cancel and they don't respond to my messages at that point. In June it shipped, I was trying to cancel but they magically start responding once it's shipped. Poor communication only when it's convenient to them. There's no phone I can find and the chat function doesn't work. I guess I'll see if it actually gets here.
