Terrible customer service and last min owner cancellation …
Owner canceled my memorial weekend booking 3 days before the trip. The trip was booked 4 weeks ago and the prices of other rental properties have skyrocketed last days before the memorial. Evolve management is a joke and doesn’t even care/support about the price difference in booking other rental. Whats worse is that they haven’t refunded a single penny yet after 3 weeks( they say they will process full refund). Stay away from them.
