Fast talking SCAM artists and no refunds
The salesperson who I spoke with was a fast-talking scam artist. I wanted the original device, and he told me about the upgraded version. I agreed to get the upgraded version, and told him that he should just do an adjustment to the original price, and that little POS charged me and sent both items. So I called to ask for a refund, which they evidently don't give. I was offered a $100 credit, and eventually talked the guy into a partial refund of $30.84. Big whoop, right? So I figure I can sell the original device on Ebay. Maybe I can make up some of my money that way. All this crap about a 90-day satisfaction guarantee - what a crock of poo.
