The hardware itself is great...but
The hardware itself is great, but the software feels extremely mediocre. I had ongoing issues with the Z-offset resetting itself mid-print or not properly saving the settings I entered. In the end, I had to hardcode a fix and rely on several workarounds just to get things functioning reliably. I would rate it higher based on the hardware alone, but the software problems made the experience far more stressful than it needed to be. On-top of all this, Customer service was non-existent and their refund policy is trash. Get this from Amazon so they can't stop you from returning.
