Great customer service even when I had made the mistake
I had ordered a custom deskmat in the past from Zazzle and was really happy with the quality of the product. Just recently, I bought another deskmat that I designed myself, however I accidentally designed it with the image being cropped incorrectly - (honestly due to me not covering the correct areas of the design template with the image). I contacted the customer support team, and they responded within a day and provided me with really helpful assistance, and then also gave me store credit to try again and order a new mat (on them). I would definitely order from Zazzle again because the products are good , the delivery is fast, and the customer support team is quick to respond and really helpful. Thanks so much for a good experience, I will be ordering again!
