SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM
The upsells, the hoops, the multiple calls you have to go through to book the trip only to find out it's not available until a year away is one of the biggest time wasters I've ever experienced. When you tell them repeatedly you want a refund, they keep you on the phone forever offering discounts, partial refunds etc. Only to find out..again..that, that was BS too. To get those things, you have to call back and on and on and on. This company is such a SCAM, how they are still in business is incomprehensible.
