My son’s scooter was bought in June 2025. The motor needed replacing and is under the 1 year warranty. I’m still waiting on the parts I have paid for shipping - Order number for scooter is GB00001950 Order number for shipping part is Order No. GB00006292 Order for shipping deck tape - GB00006837 My son has had no scooter since 21st May and there have been many many emails, but I’m still waiting and I’ve paid the shipping and had no confirmation.
